Experience Required – 1 to 3 years
Qualification Required: Diploma/ Graduate/ Masters
Key Responsibilities –
- Call monitoring for voice process (outbound & Inbound Process)
- Tracking Quality Performance Reports – Daily / Weekly / Monthly Review Report
- Identification of Errors while listening to calls
- Ensures quality levels meet the needs of all internal and external clients with an emphasis on process and quality.
- Conduct and attend weekly Call Calibration sessions with the Operations and Training Department
Required Skills –
- Excellent English, Hindi, and Marathi Communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal and management skills
- Energetic individual with a can-do attitude
- Ready to work in rotating shifts
