Quality Analyst

Experience Required – 1 to 3 years

Qualification Required: Diploma/ Graduate/ Masters

Key Responsibilities –

  • Call monitoring for voice process (outbound & Inbound Process)
  • Tracking Quality Performance Reports – Daily / Weekly / Monthly Review Report
  • Identification of Errors while listening to calls
  • Ensures quality levels meet the needs of all internal and external clients with an emphasis on process and quality.
  • Conduct and attend weekly Call Calibration sessions with the Operations and Training Department

  • Ready to work in rotating shifts
