Trainer

Experience Required – 2 to 5 years

Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to support the needs of the BPO environment
  • Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other supporting materials
  • Deliver training programs to new and existing employees, including classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
  • Stay up-to-date with new training techniques and technologies
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and delivering training programs in a BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Experience in developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other supporting materials
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals and adapt training to meet different learning styles
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required
