Experience Required – 2 to 5 years
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs to support the needs of the BPO environment
- Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other supporting materials
- Deliver training programs to new and existing employees, including classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress
- Stay up-to-date with new training techniques and technologies
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to training
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and delivering training programs in a BPO environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience in developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other supporting materials
- Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals and adapt training to meet different learning styles
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required
